Overview

Dr. K.K. Handa, Head Neck Surgery Chairman & Chairman of ENT at Medanta, has more than 35 years of experience. Just after Medanta’s establishment in 2009, he has been heading its ENT and Head Neck Surgery Department. He is also formerly a Senior Resident at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and an Associate Professor in ENT at AIIMS; New Delhi for 13 years. Dr. K.K. Handa, a former President, and Founding Secretary of the Association of Phono Surgeons of India, has made significant contributions to voice and laser surgery. His areas of specialty are laryngology, voice and laser surgery, cochlear implants, and endoscopic sinus surgery including microscopic ear surgery and head and neck surgery. In 2004 he was awarded the Commonwealth Teachers fellowship to train in Glasgow Royal Infirmary, UK, with lasers.
